BUYING OR SELLING IN TODAY’S MARKET CAN FEEL RISKY, WE’VE BEEN THERE, WE CAN GET YOU HERE”

There is so much to do and see in Pagosa Springs, CO.

We all know that Colorado has bloomed in “popularity” in the last decade or two, and certainly within the last five years. Outdoor and nature lovers from all walks of life are moving to the Centennial State. Relocating from elsewhere in the country will leave many of us breathless, for a number of reasons. Right towards the top of that list, for prospective home buyers anyway, is the complexity of purchasing properties, and oftentimes, the high cost.

Pagosa Springs might just be the last frontier in Colorado.

Our little town is nearly a six-hour drive from Denver, which means our nearest large city is actually Sante Fe, NM, at just a touch over three and a half hours away. Durango, 52 miles to our west, is the nearest location for many of the stores that we rely on. That being said, our quiet little corner of Colorado has some of the best fly fishing in the world and it certainly is home to the greatest wilderness experience you can get without a bush plane in the lower 48. If you’re looking for unlimited recreation, great people, and an affordable place to call home, Pagosa Springs may just be for you.
